Great product

Graves Family Farm.
I have used every version of mobile estimator Tree Management has written. By far this is the best. Easy to maneuver through the screens. Works fantastic on my iPad. Disappointing features

As a tree care, professional, I have used many pieces of software throughout my career.Although I am still new to this one, I can’t say it is clunky and not intuitive. For instance, it will not save my login credentials on iOS. Obviously if I unlock my phone, then it is secure any company looking to move forward with this product knowing that is just one of the little annoyances that will affect your staff consider what else lurks beneath. For instance, if you’re trying to go to an appointment, you can’t just simply click on the address and navigate there via Apple Maps or Google maps. I know that Arbor is one of the original software in the industry. Having said that the lack of usability, and the clunky interface is disappointing. It’s my companies implementation, their videos and tutorials are also less than ideal.

- Sliding scale pricing - dynamically calculates service charges based on predefined thresholds including hours, mileage, and difficulty. - Fixed an issue where service tags added to services were not being saved or displayed correctly. - Fixed an issue where an error appeared when attempting to email a proposal from the app. - Fixed an issue where navigation buttons in the app appeared as white circles instead of displaying their correct icons. - Fixed an issue where opening a job from the dashboard widget caused a loading spinner and error to appear. - Fixed an issue where the task list allowed invalid date ranges where the end date was set earlier than the start date. - Fixed an issue where a customer could be created without an email address even when Batch Email options (Proposal, Invoice, Marketing) were turned on. - Fixed an issue where the Task Dashboard displayed tasks with incorrect dates and did not properly apply the selected date filters. - Fixed an issue where users were unable to copy or convert measurements using the Measuring Tool options. - Fixed an issue where the app continued to prompt for a parent customer even after one was already selected, preventing the sub-customer from being saved. - Improved app stability
