Disappointing Experience – Unresolved Issue for years

I’ve been facing the same unresolved issue with the MyPrime app since May 2024. I’m unable to pay my credit card bill through the app due to a persistent error. Despite following all troubleshooting steps (uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing cache, etc.) and repeatedly contacting customer support, nothing has been done.I even informed Prime Bank that I’d be traveling abroad and needed this fixed before June 9. It’s now July, and I’m stuck overseas, unable to make payments. No proper updates, no escalation — just poor service and zero accountability. This app has caused serious inconvenience and risks to my financial standing.Extremely disappointed. I do not recommend this app until they take customer concerns seriously and improve their technical support.

Ever since I opened and activated the app, I have been unable to transfer money from bank to bkash. It’s been a month and I keep calling their helpline, all I get is that there’s no problem from their side neither from mine but yet it shows fund transfer failed and if I try through bkash it says limit over even though I haven’t transferred a single buck. Also their live chat option replies after hours and the window stays active for a few minutes. This is so frustrating!
