Registration hassles

My info has been taken in-store twice- but I never received a confirmation or a card. Recently registered AGAIN, but received no email or link to register online. Tried registering as a new customer- but my phone number is associated with another account! Then tried registering with my email and using Forgot Password option- it doesn’t recognize my email!
Extremely glitchy

The app is not functioning well at all. Once you try to check out it gives you an error but the order goes through without you knowing. There is no place to cancel the order if an error was made. There is no way to get in touch with the team to get help.
