A few small bug fixes

This is a patch release to fix two small issues: 1) an issue with Draft Notes 2) text fields only showing two lines of text

New “in-app” message for Expirations: 3 weeks prior to your Medicals Exp, PPD Exp, Liability Ins Exp, etc. New “in-app” message when you’re creating a 3rd consecutive Cancelled note Added a new location option called "Other". If selected, the app opens an empty text field which is required Group Sessions: we added an option for Group sessions that will let you create and overlap group sessions Parent Signatures: fix so the parent signature doesn't reset if you rotate the phone to landscape or portrait Added more specificity for Progress Due date, e.g. “3mo Progress Note Due Date" if discipline is SI, then at least one code (HCPCS code or CPT code) is required. Can't write Make-up and Std sessions for the same child and day Fixed the Num Left This Week calculation issue. It will now be based on Standard and Cancelled notes only. Added a "Save As Draft" button. This will save the note (to be submitted same day) with the status, "Saved as Draft" Will now show an alert if Parent was present and Daycare or Facility is selected. You can now make edits to a Pending Parent Signature note. Usability: if the Start Date is in the future, Start and End Dates will be orange Usability: if the End Date is in the past, Start and End Dates will be red Usability: if num left total is 0, num left total will be red
