The Field app enables users to work in areas with limited or no network connectivity for specific use cases. The app synchronises relevant data to your device to enable you to work offline. It also provides access to device and platform features to help you do your work.

Perform your work orders
Field Work Execution displays work orders information including attachments, related assets, defects, inspections and map locations. You can manage asset defects, perform scheduled asset inspections and record labour and plant usage. Also attach photos and videos, enter completion comments and choose a decision for the work order as part of performing your work.
Maintain your assets
With Field Asset Survey you can search for assets and review and modify assets details in the field. You can also create new assets including adding a spatial location and attachments.
Carry out your compliance inspections
Assess regulatory compliance using Field Compliance Inspections. Review inspection, application and contact details and provide responses for relevant checklist items. Attach photos and videos and select an inspection outcome as part of your assessment.
Action and create customer requests
Respond effectively and promptly to the needs of your customers using Field Customer Requests for Property and Rating. You can view the details of your assigned requests alongside relevant contact and property details as well as additional information and attachments. Record your actions and progress the request through its business process within your organisation. You can also create new customer requests for issues identified in the field and then sync them to Property and Rating for processing and action.
