After health coaching with a major healthcare system, I started an LLC for private client coaching & health education. The gamification of establishing my practice on YourCoach 1) helped me celebrate small progress in a daunting endeavor and 2) acted as a guide of what I could do next. I deeply appreciated YourCoach’s offer to host a few clients/programs for FREE. This gave me breathing room + time, ultimately boosted confidence this IS a suitable platform for my needs. Video tutorials are simple, visual, and made for client and coach. Some bugs here & there, their chat/communication and their customer support has been well above average! A smidge of a learning curve for me, personally, especially when it comes to uploading docs, visuals, and creating questionnaires - pretty cool to be able to do it all in one for a very affordable price! I wish it connected payment to Venmo, not a deal breaker considering the app sends clients reminders (and they check a box to note they’ve paid.) All in all, this is a supportive launch for my business & I’d encourage those curious to give it a serious go!
Great HIPAA compliant option

Great start-up platform with room to grow. They are constantly taking feedback from clients on ways to improve and services to build out. Offers a number of options that competitors charge premium rates for. The business also provides growth and development opportunities, as well as continuing education for board-certified coaches. The biggest thing missing right now in my opinion is the calendar integration and I’m looking forward to that in the near future.

I am really pleased with this practice management platform. Document storage and sharing, coaching programs with goal setting for both coach and client, communication, billing/payments, insurance, a very good video conference component- all HIPPA compliant. Navigation is not the most intuitive, but I am learning it quickly - I switched from another platform and I’m pleased. The support network is very good. I don’t feel like I’m coaching all alone.

YourCoach provides me with all the tools I need to manage my health coaching practice in a streamlined aesthetic. It is completely HIPAA-compliant, which makes me feel secure with trusting them with my client data. It also has capabilities for individual and group programs, live sessions, session notes, billing, libraries to drip content, and so much more. As if that wasn’t enough, they also provide client opportunities to help supplement my coaching practice!
