《推背圖》全書共六十象，相傳由唐太宗時期的司天監李淳風和袁天罡合著，推算大唐以後中國兩千多年的國運盛衰。《推背圖》的預言歷史發展的順序，而歷史更是不可思議地按照《推背圖》演進。因其預言的準確性，在古代歷史上，一直被歷代統治者視為禁書，同時卻被平民百姓奉為經典，以各種手抄本形式廣為流傳，承載著人們對未來世界的思考和預知一切的希望。
