I really love this app they have everything! Although, I am very disappointed with customer service. They have a special referral link for everyone where if you send your link to someone and they use it they get 50 aed off of their purchase and in return you get 50 aed off of your next purchase. I send the link to my mother and it worked well for her, she got 50 aed off of her purchase. I never got my 50 redemed so i went on their live chat and asked. The person on the live chat told me that my mom is not allowed to be my friend and that they thought the accounts were both mine because we have the same last name. My last name happens to be a very popular last name of where i’m from and i have actual friends who have the same last name as me. This was so annoying and i was so disappointed because they didn’t want to help me and i never got my 50 aed. Ruined my day as i was very exited and had planed what i was buying.

Been waiting for the desertcart app for a long time coming and glad that it’s finally out. Love the interface and versatility of the app, only encountered minor bugs so far and it’s great that there’s a feature to report those nasty fellas. The Monster Garage Sale tab looks really interesting but I guess the app needs more data on my interests to curate items that I would actually want to purchase. Can’t wait to purchase and track my orders directly from the app. Hats off to the developers, hope to see some good version updates soon.

This application just made online shopping from abroad much easier and cheaper, i love it Just u need to work a little on the application as there is some minor bugs regarding the availability of the products and pricing ( sometimes i see different prices on the same product when i reopen the app ) also the categories section at the home page is not working always crash whenever i press any category.But this will not ruin my experience at allAlso the customer support is very helpful and 24/7

Surprisingly enough the customers that complain about shopping there oh by the way I have never shopped there they do have an item that I’ve been looking for and can’t find anywhere else but after reading the reviews I think it’s gonna be too much of a gamble even the good reviews are kind of generic and shady with the bad reviews on point with Mitch detail and all of the rebuttals from the company is definitely generic there’s got like two maybe three options but they use one mainly as a reply in response saying that they were they care but nothing to follow through with that afterwards on any of the reviews that I can tell so desert cart what is really going on
