Log in errors prompt even your username and password is correct. When you try to reset password it will require the 12 digit account numbers which I am not sure where to get as it’s my first time logging to the app. As result I cannot reset my app. The 12 digit account control in addition to otp, image verification, and mpin, is an overkill control as a user. I am not recommending this as there is a tendency that you will lock your money inside the app and can no longer be accessible.
