Added additional notification features when a required field is left empty. Added an option to delete surveys that have been submitted. - Note that all surveys that exist on the device prior to this update will be marked as submitted. Any survey can be submitted, even if it has already been submitted in the past. If there are any surveys you are unsure of the status of, it is recommended that you submit them before deleting.

Replaced the save feature with a continue feature on a crash.

Bugs fixed - Selecting a survey to send when not signed into an email account would crash For best results submitting surveys, please sign into your email account in the Settings and make sure you can send emails from the default Mail app.

Adjusted the survey screen to make it easier to use each side with just the thumbs. Added support for portrait orientation.
