They lost all of my data.

I was using the calendar app to track my dog’s heat cycles. I had three years of data. When I tried to log back in when I got a new phone, my account was gone. My data was gone. All of it. Since it’s not in English and there’s no way to contact them, I’m screwed. Pretty sucky app.
