When we spend a long time at the computer or smartphone, our eyes don’t move much. Because of this, the eye muscles become weak over time. Normally, the eyes are constantly work, they are: looking around, focusing on different distances, etc.
This app contains a set of eye exercises that engage the eye muscles. Do this exercises when you feel tired. Exercise as soon as you feel tired or dry eyes. It is recommended that you take a break at least every hour while working at the computer.
