Credit card payment is unavailable from last 3 to 4 update. Card status and outstanding can be checked but payment not possible because mail account selection from payment option not available. Due to unavailability of account selection option only credit card payment not possible from this app from last few updates.
foreign currency feature on app

User interface need massive upgrade and the most important feature should be added which is international transaction control in app. Unet should have a feature that when i want to use foreign currency i can easily turn on from app and easily switch off from app. now we have to call the bank and take the service. which is tough for people who live abroad.

Certainly, I appreciate your positive feedback regarding the app's functionality. However, I've encountered a few issues that I believe need addressing. Firstly, I'm unable to integrate my Gmail account using Unet's assistance. Additionally, I've noticed a lack of visibility for the prepaid card balance within the app. Moreover, there seems to be a limitation in adding funds to my prepaid card through the application. Besides these concerns, I haven't encountered any other dissatisfactory aspects. Your attention to these matters would be greatly appreciated.
update user interface

this app has such a bad user interface. They need to really update the user interface so regular customer can navigate through all the menus easily.Usually I have a lot of issues in terms of navigating or adding any beneficiary accounts. There are a lot of features in the app but navigating to those options are not very user-friendly.
