The app is terrible. Makes you change your password and then doesn’t utilize the updated password. When you try to login just says please wait and endlessly repeating loading screen. Customer support will have you delete and re download the app and then it only works once when they push it through on their end. The customer support reps know it’s terrible and are apologetic. If you need app based banking for business go elsewhere.

Crashes during mobile deposits

Constantly crashes while attempting to do a check deposits. One check has crashed on me 6+ times, requiring me to log back in, authenticate, and retry, costing me time and patience. Rebooting phone does not help. I’m using most recent iOS update currently and new iPhone.
