• Connect the app with your physical Carvaan device to use the app as a remote. • The app is compatible with Premium, Gold, 2.0, Gold 2.0, Karaoke, Mini +, Musicbar and GO. • The app works only if you own a device compatible with the App. • Connect with your device with the app via Bluetooth and browse through stations that are pre-loaded on your device, control the song playout, set your favourites or pause right from the app sitting anywhere. • APP FEATURES: o Once connected to your device, you can do the following on the App. • Choose a station • View list of songs available under a station. Mismatch in song shown in app and it plays

There is mismatch, i was able to connect carvaan to the app and it plays the song from the app but in bhakti section it plays song different from what you selected seems like a bug. this does not seems to be issue in hindi section though for now

I wish there was a way to give ZERO star because that’s what this App deserves. I have paid the subscription and it’s not letting me play or download songs and keeps asking for subscription every time.HOW MANY TIMES YOU WANT MY MONEY??? I tried to call the 800 number. No matter what time you call it always says “all circuits busy” ??!!!Last 10 reviewers out of 12 reviewers have described the same problem so WHY DON’T YOU FIX YOUR APP. There are so many smart programmers in India. Get one of them to fix the App so it knows when people have already paid the subscription. I also own Carvaan Premium and it frequently makes screeching sounds. It’s a great idea of having a library of old songs but both the hardware and the software is garbage. Needs 200% improvement. I HAVE ALREADY PAID MY SUBSCRIPTION SO MAKE THIS WORK FOR ME AND SO MANY OTHERS WHO HAVE PAID THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY.

This is worst ever downloaded app!! I can not play Carvaan songs on app even after buying subscription, as it can not recognize my subscription!! Even the Carvaan device is a prototype and not very innovative, you can not connect a blue tooth speaker with it or play its songs on other blue tooth device like car or other music systems. The inventors assume that the listeners will never need better quality speakers. Don’t waste your money, all these songs are available online or subscribe to other more tech savvy and user friendly music apps.

Crappy! After hours of effort, I still cant connect wifi! Strongly do NOT recommend.…Stand alone, the device serves a purpose, but without wifi it cannot deliver promised features (podcasts, etc) making the saregama device meaningless. Of course, I am unable to reach anyone for help or to return device.Suggestions:- surface device mac id for access control- easier wifi. My device not recognized by app so wifi options never available to me.
