I was so excited to find an app based on my actual birth chart. My birth chart was actually accurate but I already know my chart and wanted to use the ease of daily horoscopes according to my transits without having to do them myself at home. Sadly the horoscopes seem to be generated by a computer and come out in hallmark style broken English rather than actual astrological jargon and explanations for transits. The daily horoscopes also don’t go in advance of the current day so you can’t anticipate or plan and they only go back one day so you can’t go back to see older ones. The weekly and monthly horoscopes are often vague, contradictory, and ambiguous. Lastly I tried the compatibility feature and the report was a copy and paste of the free sun sign compatibility with date suggestions for 30 days rather than actual interpretations of squares, trines, conjunctions, or transits between our natal charts. Worst of all I signed up for the lifetime membership because my birth chart was accurate so I thought they might actually be legit. After discovering all the disappointing problems I’ve listed I contacted Zodi over a month ago about my misgivings and they never responded. Don’t waste your time or money.Edited to say: Your reply to my review shows that you didn’t even read my review. I have extensive experience and knowledge in astrology which is why I am disappointed in the lack of real astrological information in your app.

Remember that horoscopes are imprecise predictions, this is not fortune-telling. Horoscopes are compiled based on the location of celestial bodies, houses, planetary configurations and can warn and inform about possibilities. Great app for content, the thing is you never get to read it with ads about bingo popping up at every screen. I’d rather have consumers actually enjoy the app then throw ads in their face every five seconds. Paying the subscription is ridiculous. If the app was actually useable for longer than 15 seconds without having to sit through an ad when you try to read anything then it MIGHT be worth 5 stars. Idk I don’t have the time to spend looking through it. My grandmother would have ran 5 miles by the time I got to the next screen with the amount of ads. I now have to file for bankruptcy because I was fired while waiting for the next screen. I’ve already had my first child and haven’t even gotten to read past my moon sign. Thanks Zodi for ruining my life

I either accidentally entered in the wrong time for my birth chart, or the chart calculation itself is wrong. I’ve reached out to customer support only for them to downplay my situation and act as if I don’t know my own chart at this point (I am nowhere near a beginner in terms of astrology, & I doubt the dozens of apps and websites I’ve used for 10+ years on end wouldn’t give me the same result only for this apps to be completely different…) Really hoping they can improve their customer support. I don’t appreciate not being taken seriously and talked down to as if I have no clue what I am talking about. I even addressed I may have entered incorrect info in the app and either way needed help correcting it. Definitely don’t appreciate what’s gone on so far.

Perpetual spinning wheel of death

I had only clicked on 3 planets (each of them forcing me to watch a minute long ad in order to read the short paragraph written about each planet), when I got the spinning wheel of death. And apparently it’s here to stay, making it impossible to use the app.Update: The developer responded defending their use of ads without addressing. The issue that I have with the app. Which pretty much trees me, “Pay us to look at the spinning wheel of death, because we don’t plan to make the app usable.” Goodbye. Already switched to Nebula, which is the exact same app (same layout and everything), but it actually works. I don’t mind listening to THEIR ads because after the ad I can actually LOOK at the content.
