Suara yang dikeluarkan Aplikasi BNI Call ini menggunakan Voice Queries dan Natural Language Processing (NLP) sehingga pengguna seperti sedang berbicara dengan teman atau kerabat. Aplikasi ini menggunakan fitur GPS yang akan meningkatkan penggunaan daya baterai.
