The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method, founded by Francesco Cirillo in the 1980s. This method uses a timer to divide a work time of generally 25 minutes and a rest time of 5 minutes. Those time periods are called pomodori, which is the plural of the Italian word pomodoro.
