I see the complaints are they are true. Not for me though. Here is what I do to make sure I get picked. 1 i never complain. 2 i do the job correctly the first time and don’t slack. 3 I don’t take breaks lunch or use the restroom. 4 i thank them for allowing me to come in before I leave. I call in when I don’t get picked and ask if they need help. For instance on New Year’s Eve I called and said hey I know people wanna have fun tonight and will likely call off. So if you need help I will come in immediately. They had 4 call offs. I just brown nose and after 4 nights I got labeled reliable. I’m in there helping customers like I really work there. Play your part to win. Or call In be polite and ask to prove yourself like I did

This app started off amazing, lots of jobs available, multiple locations. This is great for a side thing… bad side of app, some stores will have you do multiple jobs and may or may not pay you even when task is complete,(I was cheered out of over 200 dollars from managers saying jobs was not done, when they where) Hyer will never do an investigations, nor will they communicate with you, customer service, managers, no one will ever be available to assist you. Some stores you will need to stay away from because of professionalism but you will learn as you go. I’ve been with company going on year two and I’ve watched them go from caring and communicating with us to just wanting the clients happy rather they cheat or abuse us. I’m hoping this company enforce the rules to the clients and start treating us better again, but if nothing change soon I’ll go back to tempt service… so be very careful with this app and Count your money they will steal from you….

Only issue I have with the app is the way you’re chosen. I’ve been using the app since January 2022 and I’m noticing that the pickers (the person who picks the taskers) are biased. They’ll (the pickers) pick individuals who have been using the app longer and/or who have been at the store more often. Each store should have a maximum of how many times you can “not select” a tasker and also have a maximum of how many times a tasker can be picked for your store. E.g. if Joe has been picked for store#123 7x straight this week and Jane has selected the store but hasn’t been picked - Joe shouldn’t be picked again the following week if Jane and others have selected the store but continue to keep getting passed over. And I wouldn’t necessary NOT recommend the app but I wouldn't speak about the app to someone unless they have knowledge of it. There’s a lot of kinks that need to be worked out on the stores side.Update: I had my account deactivated - biased apps do not deserve support.

I’ve signed up to this app for about 5 yrs and was only able to use it one time in Detroit when I use to travel out there. There is never any work in Chicago city limits when we have Meijers. And the work they have it’s impossible to make it there with the early 6-8am time or late 10pm-11pm timeframe. I paid my background for nothing and was hoping since I had no luck years ago with this app that it would have better gigs but nope. I remember one Meijers in the city had with every blue moon but now it’s nothing accessible to get to.I read the feedback from Hyer. None of those 70 jobs are not in the city of Chicago! They are all outside of the city approximately 2-3hrs drives to get there from the city. The only tasks showing is coming from Meijers. For example, there’s a Meijers on Evergreen on 95th and Western, which is in the city, and it’s never on the app. I used to see 4yrs back but now it’s never there. They need tasks that actually in the city.
