This app offers extremely useful audio instructions and timing information as you perform the manoeuvre. I used either AirPods or my Bluetooth hearing aids and it worked well, gradually improving my BPPV over about a dozen manoeuvres during the five days after symptom onset.The developer is a Japanese ENT clinic, their website describes very thoughtful and clever uses for iPhones in diagnosis of vestibular disease.
