incredibly painful user experience. app crashes multiple times when refreshing logs, chat and other functions. the logs take more than two minutes to load. health metrics only show last captured numbers. if you want history, you would have to look through every line in the logs. does not know how to display the logs properly when viewed in different timezone as it was recorded. i have never used such a poorly built app. i doubt this was properly tested before it was released. i wish i did not have to use it but there are no alternatives if i want to know how my loved one is doing from overseas.
