Penang Information and Complaints System (ePINTAS) merupakan Gerbang Aduan Bersepadu Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang yang membolehkan orang ramai membuat aduan, komen, teguran, cadangan dan pertanyaan terhadap perkhidmatan yang ditawarkan oleh Kerajaan Negeri. Aplikasi peranti pintar mudah alih ini dibangunkan bagi memperluaskan penyampaian aduan rakyat yang lebih berinformatif dengan maklumat GPS lokasi aduan, memuat naik gambar dan maklumat aduan, semakan status aduan secara (one-to -one) dan pengemaskinian profil pengadu.Pengguna boleh membuat pengaduan dengan 4 langkah yang mudah iaitu dengan mengisi tajuk aduan, keterangan maklumat aduan dan seterusnya membuat geo tagging bagi koordinat lokasi dan menyertakan gambar sebagai bukti.
