Doesnt see the special instructions

Yesterday ordered salad (special instructions dressing on side) and spicy chicken sandwich with steamed vegetables. When picking up, dressing on salad and no veges. Person at shop showed me the order and it didn't have the special instructions OR my order of veges. In fact the price of the order on their end was different than what i paid. Good thing i had the receipt handy. Cashiers said the app has been having problems for a while.If ordering straight off menu should be OK, but make sure you review your order before you leave the store.

Great food but poor app with easy fix

You can’t order two of the same side dish. It forces you to pick two different side dishes. The app didn’t use to do that. Please fix the app so I can order what I want via the app. Great food and service though.

I love Chicken Maison, but their app is a waste of time. I’ve used it twice and both times they had me waiting well passed the anticipated pick up time.
