I had fallen and needed to be seen but somehow mistaken the day of my appointment hence when I logged in, I became aware I missed it by a whole day. Despite my disappointment as I really needed to have a telemedicine appointment, I was able to get rescheduled within the same day. Thank you very much for helping me out to be seen sooner.

I was referred to telemedicine from our business nurse work line. Work related injury. After several attempts and help from the concierge, I was finally able to get an appointment only to find that there were no doctors available. Made a new appointment and had the same result. No doctor available. They made more appointments with the same result. They decided to wait until the next day to make the last appointment for me. I made that appointment and was 35 in line for a doctor visit. When it got to 18 in line (waiting 30 minutes) I was kicked out of the waiting room with a message that said the doctor was no longer available. I called back and told them to forget it. I wasted 6 hours on this and will not go back. I’m just calling my regular doctor because I know he will answer.

I was able to see my appointment in the app. Once I filled out some information I waited for my physician for about 2 minutes and was seen and treated over FaceTime. This works great, I did it from the comfort of my own home!

CorVel Telehealth is a wonderful option to exist in the health field. I appreciate the doctors that have seen me and even the staff as well. Everyone has been superb!
