It's fast on my M1 mini. I usually use manual mode instead of AI batch. I wish it had a zoom slider in manual mode along along with the existing keyboard shortcuts to zoom. The color indicators are nice but I find that I can't colorize a very small area like a red apple without changing the color of the tree leaves. It almost needs some type of mask or paintbrush feature. Overall a very good program.

The app does a pretty good job of converting photo's, about half the time, Still has a problem with color santuration in some photos. The demo video helps, but a little deeper written explanation on how to use the sliders and the selection dots would really help. What usually happens is when one image face is still black and white and you try to add flesh tone to just that image face, the whole area changes color. I corrected some problems by correcting the definitions in the black and white photo befor attempting to colorize.

I have MetaImage, worked with the developer during his early releases with feedback (very responsive!), and was delighted to have discovered this app was his as well! Immediately bought it. It works absolute wonders...easily...with just the right amount of adjusters.Feedback: AI is great, but should not be the only option when first interacting with the program, particularly if you have just one B&W photo to colorize. Give the option to choose AI, or go manual from the start.

You can do multiple 'colorize' transformations at once, and always come out with intelligent results! I have several hundred b/w historical photos to do for a history project, and in spite of the different contents of the pictures, they are all perfect!
