I have filled my scripts at a location MULTIPLE times and the Harps system does not recognize that I have and requires me to call and talk to a person or go to the pharmacy to even request a refill! The app is a good idea but bugs need worked out. Need to add way to change stores on app

This app doesn’t keep a current list of your prescriptions or purge the out-of-date prescriptions. It will not let you scan the barcode with your phone like the old app did. It no longer notifies you by text when your meds are ready to be picked up. This is the most poorly designed app I have ever used. I could go on and on about how useless this app is, but I won’t. It is faster to just call the pharmacy and give them your prescription numbers.

I have used hundreds of apps in my life, and none of them come close to this app. It is by far the worst app I have ever used. My sixteen year old Grandson could do a better job designing an app! There is not one good thing I can say about it. Trying to register on it is a nightmare. The first screen you enter info on is incomplete, after entering info numerous times you will eventually get a complete screen. Hope anyone needing this app luck, and has loads of patience! There needs to be a way that you can see you have a prescription ready, they only appear on my med list after I pick it up.
