Yuhu Maintenance+ allows your onsite staff to access and work on all of their in-progress service requests on their mobile device. Maintenance+ also works offline with our Yuhu AutoSync capability, automatically syncing service requests once your mobile device connects to cellular data or WiFi. Keep your residents up to date in real time as their service request moves from scheduled to complete. Stay on top of preventative maintenance requests autogenerated and assigned from the Yuhu Preventative Maintenance system. Acknowledge, defer, request parts or a contractor, all from within the app.
