Making new friends

This message is to the designers of this game. First of all I would love to say I love this game. As a competitive old (66 yrs old) past very good track and field athlete this game fulfills all of my competitive juices. What I want to address is the new friends I have met in this game and especially the club I am in. I wish the designers would take into account the challenges we English speaking players have communicating with the no-speaking English player have. I am thankful several of my teammates in a club that are 90% from Serbia and most don’t speak English there are a few that speak English. Please designers spend a little bit of the money i spend on this game to research the ability to add a translating ability to this wonderful game. Thank you for your time and I hope this request reaches someone that can make a difference.

Awesome concept dragged down by major bugs

Track and field is my favorite sport, so I was surprised when I saw an ad for a track and field game. I downloaded it because I figured it would be garbage (besides, it’s just running, right?), but it’s surprisingly fun. You need to keep a good tempo (can’t just spam the run button because then you can lose balance and kind of stumble forward, just like real life) and work through a drive phase, and also time your starts and lunges just right to clinch out wins. I’ve not unlocked any jumps, hurdles, or throws yet, but I’m sure they’ll have the same sophistication. It appears they’re working on a 1500 mode, but I’m a bit uneasy about the idea about it, since just tapping a screen consistently for 5 minutes sounds deathly boring to me, but if they get the concept down right I’ll be all for it.There are some big bugs though. The main one I have to deal with is that it seems like I get kicked out every 5 minutes and have to click on my player again to sign back in. This can be especially frustrating during races. Some minor bugs are that in the shop, when buying or upgrading items like shoes, the timer will incorrectly say 6 hours every time. Everything still comes in on time (for example, one of my upgrades was supposed to be 2 minutes long, but after buying it I was told it would be ready in 6 hours, but 2 minutes later I had it). And finally, not a bug, but the back arrow button just functions really weird in my opinion. Rather than like regular mobile games where it just takes them to the last major area in the UI they were at, it functions more like a back-page button on a web browser, which I feel like is too precise, so I end up using the home button instead.Overall, and awesome game that’s executed incredibly well.

This game has so much potential but continually has issues that frustrate you. I’ve been playing for over a year and am on a good team. The events are well done, the variety is pretty good and the events that reward you well are great. My gripes are the daily blips that I encounter during start of events that end up costing me resources. When you report it they always want you to screen shot the issue. It’s impossible to get a screen shot of something that is so random and takes only one second. Thus you rarely get compensated for these losses. The last minute simming players use to win tournaments is also another big problem. Lastly when you start leveling up it is nearly impossible to continue to do so without investing hundreds of dollars and dozens of hours a week. So if you don’t plan on playing this game 3 hours a day and spending a couple hundred dollars every month, prepare to be left behind. I feel if these three issues were addressed this game could be so much more and possibly one of the best track and field games.

I have been waiting and searching for track and field games to be created. Many have tried but they lacked a lot of things. I LOVE THIS GAME. YOU CAPTURED EVERYTHING THAT TRACK AND FIELD IS ALL ABOUT. Very competitive. I love the fact that its not all about how fast can you tap but how consistent can u stay. Just like running, You have to keep your form and technique. I KNOW THERE ARE SOME GLITCHES BUT ITS STILL IN THE WOMB AND HAVENT BEEN COMPLETED YET. But when this baby is born this game is going to take off. I WILL DO LIKE I HAVE BEEN DOING AND I THINK YALL ALREADY KNOW I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO ADVERTISE AND PUSH THIS FANTASTIC GAME OUT THERE.
