This app has had its ups and downs in the past 4ish years that I’ve used it, but more downs than anything. I haven’t been able to clear out notifications properly in over a year, and some will randomly clear on their own, but I constantly have at least 10 at a time that I can’t mark as read. Requesting time off is also a pain. You have to press every button at least twice in order to just plug in a date on there because it’s that buggy. Also when employees post shifts, it only sometimes shows their name next to it, which makes it very hard to know who’s looking for coverage for what shifts. And sometimes if you’re on there for more than a few minutes, it will either freeze up/lag or crash the app altogether. It’s the fact that Panera is selling the nastiest ripoff EOS chapstick you could fathom for $8 a pop and cutting allll these hours but can’t give employees and managers a real and functioning app that they need for work.UPDATE: I’m thoroughly impressed. I didn’t think this app had anymore room for glitches or bugs, but guess what? Now with having an “update” at long last, we can’t even login without being sent to Safari to attempt logging in and then just being led back to the original login screen on the app to repeat the same cycle. This is an embarrassment, especially to us scheduling managers who now have to physically write down everyone’s new availabilities and requests because whatever IT we have here can’t get it together after at least 5 years. It makes us look bad and disorganized at the cafe level. It’s one thing to have an app with some occasional bugs, but for this to happen all the time and only get worse after over FIVE YEARS? Of course this app has a 1.5 star rating (and that’s being generous), and of course employees have strong feelings towards this app because it makes our processes of making a living harder than it ever should be. Get. It. Together.

Only thing worse than the constant garbage menu changes is the “updates” to this app. Panera has never heard of a good change having to sign in every time you open the app. They finally added the feature to save an account just to have to put in the email and password for the account so that feature was completely useless took time and resource to put a news feed nobody asked for. To look at pay after a new year doesnt work until 4 months in, but thats what workday is for. On top of that training methods on Learning center is beyond horrid

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I’ve been using this app for over 2 years and it has been absolutely terrible the entire time, regardless of the few few updates they put out. It crashes every other week, it will take your Face ID or password and then just take you right back to the login screen over and over again, and has in-app notifications that will never go away. So frustrating when every employee has to call into their store to see when they work because the app unexpectedly crashes. Not to mention the training program is accessed through the app so when a new celebration happens and training is due, you cannot even log in. You’d think for a company that makes millions, if not billions, of dollars each year they’d be able to hire someone who doesn’t have their head up their rear end to redesign this app. Embarrassing.

It sends me on an infinite loop but never actually signs me in or lets me do anything. I click sign in, it opens up a page saying are you trying to sign in - choose cancel or continue, I choose continue and it closes that pop up. Then it goes immediately back to the blank pantry page where you click to sign in. I’ve closed everything on my phone, restarted it, cleared all cache, did everything and it works *MAYBE twice a month *IF it chooses to even do that. So incredibly frustrating!!!!!
