Inspections is the latest App as part of our award-winning Mobile Informer Suite, allowing you to immediately conduct your inspections without regard for connectivity issues in the field.
Mobile Informer delivers all of your Maximo Inspections functionality, and more, to the mobile device where it is clear and intuitive. Users never have to consider whether they are connected or not. All data is synchronized in the background whenever there is a connection. There is no change to the display or performance as the state changes. This means the inspector simply needs to do his or her work, without consideration for the technology.
The powerful search capability, including the ability to scan barcodes, means the inspector can quickly find the right inspection for the right asset or location. Simply scan an asset to find all inspections that have been scheduled and assigned. If there is just one inspection it opens automatically, ready for the first question. Capture photographs and mark them up before uploading. Upload other file types as attachments, such as drawings or spreadsheets. Capture an on-screen signature from the inspector or from a customer and save it as part of the completed form.
