Needs a lot of work

This app doesn’t show certain coins that the wallet holds like Tron. It also drops coins randomly. I had a panic attack checking my coins one day. The balance showed zero. What’s the purpose of this app if it’s not accurate? I gave it 3 stars because I can connect with my wallet with it. Otherwise? I wish there was something more reliable out there.

An easy-to-use app

This app is simple and intuitive to use. Initial setup is a breeze. The app remembers the paired hardware wallet, so it saves me time to connect. Sending and receiving cryptocurrencies are pretty easy using the app’s UI. Even though the supported coins are very basic, the app does meet my needs. It also allows me to see the market value of my portfolio, but I don’t think it provides the real-time price. In general, I am happy with the SecuX hardware wallet and this companion app.

This app is simple and intuitive to use. Initial setup is a breeze. The app remembers the paired hardware wallet, so it saves me time to connect. Sending and receiving cryptocurrencies are pretty easy using the app’s UI. Even though the supported coins are very basic, the app does meet my needs. It also allows me to see the market value of my portfolio, but I don’t think it provides the real-time price. In general, I am happy with the SecuX hardware wallet and this companion app.

My biggest issue is that the app constantly crashes on my iPhone 13 running iOS 16. Seems to mostly happen when I’m connected to my wallet via Bluetooth. On top of that, the app is filled with spelling and grammar mistakes. In the screen where you would send Ethereum they have it spelled Ehereum. On the screen where you would buy Ethereum you are greeted with this gem: “ wait ui team decide show what messages”. Should I call for medical care? Did a programmer have a stroke at the keyboard?

So a lot of these reviews are saying that you know what you’re losing your cryptocurrency etc. When I transferred from coinbase to this wallet, Coinbase literally told me it could take up to 15 minutes to secure on the block chain at work to go to a new wallet so... i’m thinking some of you don’t know how block chain, decentralized networks work.... Works perf and couldnt be happier.
