The transition from MyBRD to You RRD should be transparent, like a version upgrade. No, it wasn’t. Registration process is a big challenge if you don’t have a +40 number. Why???My number is +1 and it is registered with the bank as my contact number. Why can’t be used to register? To register a new device you have to call a help service. They will forward your request to a hidden help team. This team will call you in their office hours, most probably when you are slipping or being busy. With all due respect, I can’t see anything so hostile to users in the apps space.

Ops something went wrong is more often than not the message that the app gives. I can’t use the app to access my funds. A simple school meal payment is a challenge to process. Please fix the app!

Worst Banking App in Romania

This is by far the worst banking app in Romania.1. This is the only banking application that requires a trip to the bank to be activated on a new device. Even on the old app you could enroll a new device using an already enrolled one. What happens if you are abroad and can’t go to the bank?2. You can no longer make instant transfers, although you could with the old application.3. There are periods of time when the app simply do not want to open and is stuck on loading screen.4. The UI is simple, but not so intuitive.
