App crashes after latest update when I download

Hi Team - have been super happy with your app until recently. One of the latest updates makes it impossible to download any content. Now when I download content the app crashes and closes. Then it does not open again. It flashes and closes, even when I reset the iPhone. I then have to delete the app and downloaded it again. Tried this three times and all three times with same results. Hope you can address this bug.

My one question is why I cannot update the main profile avatar? I cannot remove or edit it like I can any of the other profiles
