Bug fixes for background app services

Various improvements based on user feedback from this week's release. Improved the On-Site investigation to prevent loading spinners from hanging. Updated Location Tracking status text to update immediately when user revokes the permission. Removed some errors that were not helpful if user logs in without location permission. Instead, user status will not automatically update to "Available".

Redesigned user experience, with new views for On-Site Investigations, improved location tracking, improved permissions management, and more.

Adds support for German and Italian languages

Fixes a token refresh issue which was unfortunately causing continued "an unknown error has occurred" notices to display on the main Assignments list page. If a user's session has completely expired, they will now properly be logged out with a notice that the session has expired. In more detail: To secure our applications, we use access tokens which expire routinely, and can be refreshed as long as the user is still logged in. Unfortunately when the app attempted to retry a failed request, it did not wait for the access token refresh action to finish, resulting in a frustrating loop of "unknown error" notices for users. Thank you for your patience as we dug extremely deep to address the true root cause of this issue.

Fixed several small issues in this patch release. Sometimes, an "unknown error has occurred" displayed on the front Assignments page. This was due to the user token expiring briefly. To prevent this, the app will now check for a valid token before every request to RSPNDR servers.The "Submit Report" button will now be disabled while the report is being submitted. This will prevent errors caused by double pressing the submit button.Added iOS 18 support for Tab Views, which caused unintended nesting of the bottom Tab View Toolbar for users that upgraded their iOS.Fixed a bug in the URL check that prevented Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Waze, from displaying in the Navigation Menu.Updated to the newest version of Shake Bugs.

Updated the link to "Rate in the App Store" button, to better link directly to the RSPNDR app.

The RSPNDR app is now redesigned to improve user experience. New features include intuitive swipe actions, improved list view for assignments, enhanced dark-mode support, improved phone verification, and a revamped account management page. Added support for new assignment types to be offered in the future, along with support for multiple simultaneous assignments, which may be offer in the future. Enhanced error messaging to inform you when something has gone wrong, with the option to submit a bug report to RSPNDR.

- A new login format is now released, which combines the company code with the employee ID, separated by a forward slash ("/"). Please take care when logging in for the first time with this new update- Your full username is now shown for confirmation in the side drawer hamburger menu after logging in.

- Refreshes app after login to show any currently offered alarms more reliably - Expired sessions will now redirect to the login page with an appropriate error prompting the user to login again to continue- Notification will be sent to user if session is expired while app is in the background

- Photo upload progress is now tracked. The image will be blurred and form section will be invalid (red asterisk at the top of each tab) while uploading is in progress - Displays upload status in preview window, and a retry button if it has failed - Fixes a bug where photos were not uploading until report was submitted. Photos will now begin uploading as soon as they are added to the report - Submit Button will now be displayed at all times, but be disabled if report is incomplete - Login button, when pressed, will contain a loading spinner instead of the button disappearing. - Stale images will not be included in the report, such as those taken when Person On Site or Vehicle On Site was answered YES then later switched to NO
