On the photo bank and this shouldn’t happen

I'm thrilled with almost every facet of my 1TB hard drive and this associated app. It plays all of my movies flawlessly regardless of the format they're in. No more converting files to make them playable on my iPhone! The built in MP3 player is wonderful. I like it better than the native iPhone music app. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because this needs some way to password protect files and folders. I don't like that anyone who picks up my hard drive will have immediate unfiltered access to all of its contents just by downloading the app. Developer, please add this feature and I will happily add a 5th star!Edit: Went down to 3 stars and I'm kind of being generous. App constantly crashes when playing videos. Might just be .mkv format but that is a great deal of my video library.

It’s a little confusing to use because you have to download the user guide but even then I still had to transfer everything a different way than what I was shown. Needs a easier and better way to know if you transferred everything instead of letting you do it over again and again making duplicates. Be nice to have a password protection feature.

I have the one terabyte block. I’ve had it for years. I went to dump my phone photos today and the block only shows my phone(internal) and won’t let me send anything to the block(external). I’ve made sure the app is updated. I can see everything that is on the block if I connect it to my computer but it seems I can’t send anything new.
