Terribly slow app and very buggy. Another joke from UOB. You should just hire some people from DBS and copy what they’ve done. Your website and app experience for business customers is the worst in the entire global banking industry.

Significant Battery Drain

While the app does what it needs to do, there seems to be a very significant battery drain. While using it to approve transactions in slightly under an hour, this app drained more than 80% of the battery! A quick look in the Battery tab in the settings revealed an 89% drain within a 1hr period! When not using this app, the phone has enough battery to last a little more than a day. So this isn’t a case where the battery is old and cannot hold the charge. The best part is, connecting the phone to a charger, prevents the phone from receiving log in pop ups. The screen becomes unresponsive. The app cannot be used when plugged in to a power source. The above mentioned issues were experienced on an iPhone 8.

Update:. Ios15 on iPhone 13 app won't even openRegularly crashes my phone. Most days I can't even log in. Worse than useless since it is actually damaging.

UOB Infinity has just got an update with a few bug fixes and upgrades to create a better experience for you. Note: Infinity is not supported on the Beta Version of iOS. For better experience, please refer to our list of supported iOS versions.
