Frustrating

Taterlink
The ask is to do a safety walk or a near miss every single day but the app NEVER WORKS. I need to be on the floor making sure operations are running well. Not fooling around with this app trying to submit ALREADY COMPLETED walks and being told by the app that there is an error and it can’t be done now. Then when you reach out to them, they tell you to delete your entries and resubmit. Sorry, I don’t have the time for this. Get a better app.

App is Often Broken

At least twice per month, the app fails to allow you to submit entries. This needs to be addressed as it wastes the operators time to need to delete the app and redownload it or wait days for the issue to be resolved so the entries can be submitted. If this is going to be a required part of the job, it needs to be reliable.

Minster2008
This app almost never works and gives a error every time you try to submit a safety walk form. I have to delete the app, re-enter all the information and try to submit the form again, sometimes that works but usually it doesn’t. I can’t believe this is required software for my job, what a joke.

Have to delete and reinstall at least once a month.

App will periodically not submit my safety walk and ask me to retry submitting but it won’t ever go through. I have to delete the app then reinstall for it to submit my safety walks. Then all my history is gone and it is difficult to see how many I have completed each week.
