Excellent App, Great Privacy Policy, Needs Shortcuts

Excellent app in both the simplistic design and functionality. I especially appreciate the developers clear and concise privacy policy and not using data obtained for third-party marketing purposes. One MAJOR improvement would be the ability to automate puff adds with Shortcuts. The app currently does not support shortcut actions and it can become tedious to open the app to log every single hit. The ability to create shortcuts wherein I could tell Siri something like “Add three puffs to Puff Count” would ease this annoyance. Alternatively, support for interactive widgets that would enable adding puffs directly from the Home Screen would also be very useful. Otherwise, really appreciate the app and the devs work to make the quitting process a bit more manageable. Thank you!

Good app but needs work

So it’s good bc just being aware of how many times I hit the juul is nice also I went from 24/7 vaping to 25 hits a day the first day using this. It’s nice. Main issue is that it randomly messes up the # of puffs. Like today I know it was at 15 and then the next time I opened the app it was at 9??? It’s fine but it messed up my graph and idk I like accurate data. Fix that bug and also I can’t seem to edit the number of puffs I can take in a day anymore. If I click the circle thing nothing happens. Need another coder on dis b asap.

I enjoyed using this app for the 3 days it was free. When I downloaded and read through all the info before doing so; the app said it would be free with the option to subscribe to PuffCount Pro, the upgrade. Your description said it would be a free to use app, starting with a 3 day free trial and the app could continue to be free to use after that point, obviously with less features than the Pro plan; HOWEVER: I had to agree to payment to download the app in the first place, with the option to cancel before the free trial was up, to just use the free version; I did that. And now that my 3 days are up, I am blocked from using this app until I purchase the Pro subscription. No more access to the rest of the app. Not even some fine print somewhere on the screen that allows me to close the advertisement for the Pro upgrade.

It is without a doubt the single best app dedicated to quitting vaping specifically (as opposed to smoking) and the team seems genuinely interested in making it the best app it can be. To that end, here are some features that are missing:-variable nic level on different puffs for quitting people who use salts and freebase. Currently all puffs are rated at a single level which is super useful because it also monitors overall nic intake but you can’t adjust it for single puffs. -ability to add puffs on previous daysOR-ability to periodically (like once every week max) adjust the quit plan to better reflect your initial intake habits. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to reset the quit plan and this did not work, so all I did was lose my tracking progress.Like I said, this is the best quit vaping app I. The store, it just has some room for improvement. The quality of the app as it is was enough for me to sign up for premium, although it’s unclear whether the app recognizes paying users correctly.
