Great app and nice layout, but it's frustrating to constantly enter my username and password each time I want to open it. Can the app remember my credentials?

Any Questions?? Layne Fletcher or Nathan McCallum will answer immediately. Only thing I would change is for the meal plans, it would be great if they updated weekly instead of monthly. You can, however, change each meal out if you're sick of one. I appreciate how simple but tasty each dish is. The workouts keep your body guessing and introduce new methods of routine and always keep you sore. Best overall fitness app by far! I lost over 15 lbs in a month using their plan after losing 40 and thinking no more weight could be loss. This app proves how weighing food, considering micronutrients and macronutrients really does allow for consistent, rapid fat loss!!

I’ve never been one to lift. Found it confusing ie... how many reps, form, body parts, rests etc etc. my friend told me about their program and I fell in love from day one! Everything is planned out for you, and for me that’s very important . Video demonstrations are in app which is a huge timesaver .Also, I love their food plan, I’m doing a keto plan, and the meals are delicious. The food plan gives you a weekly grocery shopping list, recipes, portions etc etc. looking forward to hitting my summer body goals :)There are a couple if glitches in app( it’s the first version there’s bound to be a couple) the app makes you log manually every time that you want to use it. But that’s really very minor and doesn’t subtract from how great the programs are!

Please beware of these crooks. They are charging $17 a week for a program that doesn’t change until every month. Previously it was $5 a week. When I canceled, someone responded to the email asking if I want a discount. I didn’t see the email until 1 month after because I’m expecting my account to be canceled when I requested it. But they have been charging $17 for a useless app that I don’t use. Save your money, there are free apps you can use. These people should be ashamed of themselves. They had to raise prices because they have a crappy product.
