Everything was running great with notifications until a few days ago, and now the doorbell doesn’t notify me when I have a visitor and it no longer notices me on the motion detector. Everything is set to notify and motion sensor is activated. Not sure why this happened.

I bought this scale (pairs with this app) early in 2021 and so far it’s been great.I can track my weight, body fat percentage, and more.It’s also very easy to read and you can have multiple profiles on one account.

So far this APP is not easy to use. Maybe I need to learn it better & I will give it time. But, it should be a no brainer. The scale works great but there are many issues with the formats and what you can and can not do on the APP. Example.. It should convert your data as soon as you put the weight in. Instead it coverts it to 100g and after you save it then you see the data. Then if you made a mistake you can’t just adjust the entry you have to delete it and add it all over again. Need to be able to adjust data more easily. I’ll keep trying and will update if I have better success.

I use this for a Bluetooth kitchen scale to monitor calories, nutrition etc. Everything works ok. The database used for the items you’re weighing is terrible. I know it’s going to be complicated but the product would be better if the information you get would be more accurate and/or organized. Doable, but takes more time than it should to find the info you’re looking for.
