This is hands-down my favorite devotions app! I’ve tried SO many over the years - but this one provides truly bite-sized bits of spiritual wisdom and truth, with practical application. The app is easy to use, simple to follow, and doesn’t have a bunch of distraction amidst the scripture. Having the definition of a word has helped to deepen my understanding of The Word of God & walk it out in my day-to-day. I’m truly thankful for having found this app, adding it to my morning routine has been a true game changer. Even when I oversleep and that “I don’t have time!” Thought pops up, this app provides a short & sweet way to get in the word no matter how little time I may have before the busyness hits. If you don’t know where to start with morning devotions, keeping your mind fixed on The Lord, or even just reading and getting into Gods Word, I HIGHLY recommend this app. God is good & loves us so much - this app does a wonderful job at highlighting that reality :)

Using guided study for my devotional/Bible study is such a great help. I use this app to guide me on my study. Most times the Holy Spirit will enlighten me further, dig deeper. This app is a great help in knowing how to approach God with these different situations. Sometimes we don’t know what to say, whether to look. Or even how to start with self evaluating and making sure you address what need to be addressed. Ask God to heal but also have faith and be willing to be healed. Holding on to the hurt and bitterness keeps the wounds from healing. Each morning I can’t wait to see what the topic is, lol. I say Lord, how are you gonna challenge me today. There have been some topics that really didn’t apply to me personally. But there have been sooo many that did. And at first I didn’t know, but that’s when the Holy Ghost steps in and take it a little deeper. I love the Lord! And this a great app, it don’t replace getting in the word, it does what it need to do and God does the rest! Be blessed!

This is the first review I’ve ever written. I never felt the need. But if you are like me and you are just getting into Christianity and you want to get close to God but devotionals aren’t helping, the Bible seems like a HUGE thing to tackle reading on your own, and you struggle to commit to “big” tasks each day and be consistent (ADHD), you need this app. Computer, iPad, iPhone, whatever. Get this app. It takes me two minutes to read each day.I write the word on my hand, then on my way to work I listen to the ~5min podcast about the word of the day. Throughout the day I try to incorporate the prayer and practice parts and this is the closest I’ve felt to God in YEARS. This app literally changed my life, especially with the podcast feature because that’s something I can consistently start my day with. I’m so thankful I’m crying… so yes. 10/10 this was perfect for me, maybe not for everyone, but perfect for me.

I’m not normally one for writing reviews, but I love this app. I’ve had this app for a month and have used it almost every single day, and have truly felt a change in my relationship with God. I’ve tried devotional books and other types of devotionals before but was never able to stick with them for one reason or another. This app makes it so easy though. I love how there’s a word of the day that helps you focus the scripture. There’s a definition so that even some of the harder or more abstract concepts can be understood. Then they also have a prompt or suggestion for how to reflect on the scripture, which is actually really helpful on days when I’m struggling to get into the scripture and see what God is telling me. Over all, I just love this app and will continue to use it daily.
