BNI Life Mobile hadir bagi Anda untuk memberikan kemudahan dan mendapatkan informasi bagi peserta Asuransi Kesehatan Kumpulan,atau Optima Group Health (OGH) Konven dan Syariah yang aktif dan terdaftar di data kepesertaan PT. BNI Life Insurance.
BNI Life Mobile menampilkan 4 (empat) menu utama yaitu My Claim, Provider List, Membership dan Benefit. Terdapat pula beberapa menu tambahan lain yaitu Info, Bantuan, Pesan dan Akun.
Menu pada BNI Life Mobile terdiri dari :
Provider List
Merupakan Menu untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait Provider meliputi :
o Daftar provider rekanan
o Alamat dari provider rekanan
o Tarif dari provider rekanan
Membership
Merupakan Menu untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait Membership atau kepesertaan dari peserta inti dan keluarga berupa :
o Virtual Card Peserta dan Keluarga
o Informasi Kepesertaan
Benefit
Merupakan Menu untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait Benefit atau Manfaat yang dimiliki oleh peserta dan keluarga pertahun tanpa menampilkan sisa limit dari benefit atau manfaat tersebut
My Claim
Merupakan Menu untuk mengajukan klaim via digital atau biasa disebut dengan Digiclaim dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut :
o Klaim Reimbursement
o Nominal Pengajuan sampai dengan Rp.5.000.000,-
o Produk Asuransi Kesehatan Kumpulan,atau Optima Group Health (OGH) Konven dan Syariah
o Pengajuan Klaim Baru dan Kelengkapan Klaim
o Proses klaim mengikuti Syarat dan Ketentuan yang berlaku
