This update features for In-App Authentication capability that will: Enhance security for your Internet Banking link and App logins. You will be required to set up a primary device for authorisation/rejection of logins, via in-app screen prompts/push notifications. Safeguard your money by prompting for in-app authorisation/rejection via the primary device, for transactions/requests that currently require an OTP to complete/submit to the bank for processing. Login to the Absa Mobile Banking app on the primary device, to receive the authorisation prompts for logins and transactions made off other devices. Reject logins or transactions that you are not aware of, in the event that you receive prompts for these while logged in. Update your app and activate Mobile In-App authentication under Settings.
