• Voicemail transcriptions are now available. • Updated design with refreshed colours, interface elements, call list and call screen. • The call screen can now be hidden during an active call by swiping up/down and restored via the banner. This update resolves several issues affecting call handling and reliability. Prefixes for Groups, Queues and Dialplans are now shown correctly in the call screen and call history. An issue was fixed where adding, transferring or conferencing a call from a manually initiated “HOLD” state could cause one-way audio. Additionally, opening the dial pad no longer interrupts audio from other apps, and overall handling of call history and voicemails has been improved.

• The queue overview now shows how many agents are currently available. • For Danish users, the default FMC strategy is now “GSM only”. • During the setup assistant, a warning is shown if a SIM link is already active on another device. • The iOS permission for caller identification and blocking is requested during installation and can be managed in the FMC settings. • The “Switch to GSM call” button is disabled for users without a mobile phone contract.

Two additional options have been added under Settings > Connection Mode: - App preferred - GSM preferred After a timeout of 7 seconds, the other option is used as a fallback for an incoming call.

- You can now select the device on which calls should be signalled under My Profile. - If a SIM card has been ordered for your account, you can link it to the device on which you want to use the SIM card. - In the Settings under Connection Mode, select whether you want to receive and make calls via GSM or the App (VoIP).
