Are you ok? I’m really worried! All your apps are devoid of app support! My snap cheats for word chums is now running completely add free! It’s making me really uncomfortable 😰 please put out some kind of message letting us know everybody in your company is ok. This is the only avenue I found in way of making any form of contact. I searched every one of your apps and all of them are saying your server is down. Why is game running for free? I’m getting an awful guilt complex! I pray this is a glitch. It’s feeling very much like the day the earth stood still. 😢

Thanks for reaching out! We're all fine ;) Our server went down for Sunday evening/Monday morning, but we were able to get everything up and working again :)

The Scrabblist
I’m not a bad Scrabblist, and tend to do fairly well.I like options, and when there just aren’t enough of them, I can get several here. I always create my own first; now and then I’ll hit the screenshot. It never ceases to tickle me when ‘Cheat has picked MY word. Among my options are further creations by swapping out letters, something this app can’t do (yet), but - every once in a while - I can do better that their best suggestion. Avoid using it as a crutch, keep it in the spirit of the game; very useful as a tool.

I had a problem, because the app was not recognizing my screen shot. Even after I tapped the correct letter, it still did not recognize it. I sent it to the App Support e-mail three times and I never received a reply.

Just installed and tried using it but I was stopped when I didn’t choose to purchase it after you “claim” it’s FREE! False advertising. I literally couldn’t do a thing because it stayed on the screen like the app froze up. I know many apps have options for purchasing things but you offer no option right out of the gate! So disappointing and frustrating. No one can actually rate and review because they can’t use it without paying you for using it so why do you lie about it being free ? Why would I spend money for an app I haven’t even been able to use at all! I uninstalled it immediately.I had to give it 1 star just to write a review.
