The Rosary is a devotion in honor of the Virgin Mary. It consists of a set number of specific prayers. First are the introductory prayers: one Apostles’ Creed (Credo), one Our Father (the Pater Noster or the Lord’s Prayer), three Hail Mary’s (Ave’s), one Glory Be (Gloria Patri).
Between the introductory prayers and the concluding prayer is the meat of the rosary: the decades. Each decade is composed of ten Hail Marys. Each decade is bracketed between an Our Father and a Glory Be, so each decade actually has twelve prayers.
Each decade is devoted to a mystery regarding the life of Jesus or his mother. Here the word mystery refers to a truth of the faith, not to something incomprehensible, as in the line, "It’s a mystery to me!" The twenty mysteries are divided into four groups of five: the Joyful, the Sorrowful, the Glorious, the Luminous. When people speak of "saying the rosary" they usually mean saying any set of five (which takes about fifteen minutes).

I’ve intended for many years to learn to pray the rosary. I’ve always been intimidated, fearing I wouldn’t be able to properly learn the process, or maintain the commitment. As a Catholic man, I have heard many times that the rosary is our greatest weapon in our daily struggle against Satan. I’m finally committed to praying the rosary daily in my battles against the evil surrounding us, because I believe Our Lady truly loves us all and desires for us only goodness. I experimented with other rosary apps. I’ve finally found one that works for me. There’s nothing about it I would change. I’m no longer intimidated, rather, I’m resolved to pray the rosary daily.

Praying the Rosary is without a trace of a doubt an immense advantage for those seeking peace, grace and daily improvement. The Interactive Rosary with audio is a definite asset and a polished App. The large options for idioms shows the care and effort that have gone into the making of this App. I still need to learn how to keep the prayers visible at all times to match all the available 3D positions of the Rosary, but that doesn’t retract the great work invested in this valuable and well designed App. A pleasure in more ways than one.

I’m a 17 year old Catholic adolescent and this is helping me come closer to God in my Godless generation. The app is easy to use and learn. Very intuitive and the visuals are great. The mysteries are visualized well and the pace of the prayers is decent though a little slower than I pray. The visuals really help me meditate on the mysteries. This app is wonderful for on the go praying. I’d recommend it to any Catholic who wants to pray the rosary daily. God bless from Florida. Pray for me.
