To use the SecFed Bank app, you must be enrolled as a Security Federal Savings digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.
Not much else to say, all the utilities are there and they are easy to use! Much better than my previous bank.
New App
User since youth
The bank was better before all the changes they are making. The new app is not user friendly- at least not for those of us that are not tech savvy. It is honestly become more of a hassle to have my account than what it would be to use cash app! I’m considering switching banks. Which is unfortunate. I’ve banked here since I was had a youth account and I’m in my 40’s now. I don’t like change, that’s the only reason I’m trying to tough this out. But the app…it’s making it really hard to tough it out much longer. I will say Courtney is the best lady in Kokomo! I’d hate to leave her, but I need something a little more simpler/traditional.

Quite possibily the worst bank on the planet. Absolutely hate it. If you have the option, go somewhere else. Logs me out all the time and then did forgot password and it said answer a security question, which I knew the answer to and said I was wrong. Always getting card rejected because payments are too high or I’m in a “weird” location and I’m forced to call the bank to verify it’s me using my card. Horrible experience since I started using sec fed. Trying to leave as we speak.
New Version = Not Good App

I was just fine with old app, at least I could do my banking now with So called better app, I can’t not use unless I buy a newer version of IPHONE which I can’t afford right now. They said that I can use the web format ,so I guess all customers are not the same either your rich and have money and can afford a New IPHONE and be able to use New app or you can’t afford a New IPHONE and can’t use the New app. Hmm doesn’t seem fair to me.
