eCashbook mobile is the support app that allows real time data entry for the eCashbook systems. eCashbooks is a multi-user system and when coupled with eCashbooks mobile provides access for all applicable staff, and support users such as accountants and bookkeepers. eCashbooks Mobile allows all users to record Income and Expenses and generate Invoices and quotes whilst away from their laptop or desktop. eCashbook provides a bookkeeping alternative to complex accounting systems and allows users to stay aware of the business' performance without the high-end learning curve and maintenance that today's accounting systems require. eCashbook Mobile and eCashbook are the perfect combination for both micro and small business to stay on top of their book work whilst meeting their tax obligations. Our priority is that you do what you do best with minimal time spent keeping the books in order by capturing data at the user level. eCashbooks are easy and industry specific taking away the hassle of setup and learning. With a familiar spreadsheet format eCashbook is relatable from first glance and offers three modes to get the transactions recorded in the quickest, most un-annoying way possible. Currently versions exist for Carpenters, Electricians, the Fitness Industry, Rideshare, Tradesman and Small Businesses. Sadly, complex accounting systems seem to be the one size fits all approach for small business. We're pretty sure that small and micro operations have been sadly overlooked and lumbered with limited complex alternatives. eCashbooks is the seriously very simple answer to all you need to run your business and keep the Tax Man happy.
