La version IOS est très buguée, je n’ai pas réussi à avoir un RDV ni de télécharger les documents requis sans compter les innombrables défauts. J’ai dû utiliser la version Android.

No appointments available even if they say there is

So you open the app, you see availability and then there’s ano available slots on the calendar. If there is a slot on the calendar, there’s a payment error. And if you are lucky like me, you will pay and then get no confirmation. When you email them with proof, they tell you that an email is sent automatically and there’s no way they can check if you actually payed ..lol .. btw they have no intention what so ever to fix anything. So good hunger games to all.

App crashes and locks you out

If you login more than once a day the app locks you out. Sometimes it doesn’t work on WiFi and you have to use data. Very difficult to login and find appointments and book them. Have to enter booking details each time because it doesn’t save profiles.
