Nuffield Health My Therapy is available to patients receiving Physiotherapy by a Nuffield Health Physiotherapist and/or Psychological Therapy via a Nuffield Health Psychotherapist

• Virtual consultations using video calling allows you to talk and see your physiotherapist/psychotherapist. Calls are secure and delivered by Nuffield Health Chartered Physiotherapists or Nuffield Health appropriately accredited Psychotherapists
• Access to high quality exercise videos prescribed to you by your Physiotherapist.
• Your exercises can be downloaded to view and complete offline.
• Progress tracking allow you to let your Physiotherapist/Psychotherapist know how you are progressing.
• Access to advice and education material related to your physical or psychological presenting difficulties.
• Links to Nuffield Health advice articles
Your Nuffield Health Physiotherapist/Psychotherapist will be able to monitor your feedback and progress to keep you on track with your recovery.
